PORK CHOPS

OMG. This is a bit on the nose but I kinda forgot I started this website.


To apologise, here's what I'm making tonight. To be fair, this is my husband's recipe but it's too good and easy not to share.


Naturally #keto and delicious.


Tools:

  • Standard US Measuring Set

    • 1 tbsp

  • 1 large skillet

  • 1 sharp knife for scoring

Ingredients:

  • 6 pork chops

  • 2 tbsp ghee (or other oil with a high smoke point)

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Heat your skillet on the stove over medium heat

  • Step 2: Once hot, add your 2 tbsp of ghee

  • Step 3: Use the sharp knife to score the fat on the chops (but be careful not to cut into the meat)

  • Step 4: Cook your chops for 7-8 minutes on one side

  • Step 5: Turn them over and cook the other side for 7-8 minutes

  • Step 6: Season with salt and pepper and serve

Shopping List/Stock Check:

  • Pork chops (6)

  • Ghee (at least 2 tbsp)

  • Salt and pepper
